Fellowship includes food and fun!

St. Andrews Hall is the place to be! The hall is used for meetings, church potlucks, "community" crafting projects, large study groups, all church events, really any excuse to get together!


  • Coffee/Juice and Goodies - after the 8:30 a.m. Sunday Worship Service, all are invited to St. Andrews Fellowship Hall for coffee/juice and goodies and lots of "catching up" before heading off to Sunday School classes for all ages!

  • Sunday brunch - on the first Sunday of the month, Les and Cindy Ottervanger host a Sunday brunch for all following the 11:00 a.m. praise service.

  • Men's Fellowship and Study - every other Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. someone brings the pastries while another brews the coffee -- the group enjoys small group Bible Study, sharing and learning with other men discussing issues faced by Christian men, husbands, fathers and grandfathers

  • "Eggstravaganza Easter Egg Hunts" - for young and old members and open to the community.  Of course, after all that hard work we have fun, games and food!

  • "No Room at the Inn" - an awe-inspiring nativity display and Valley UMC's holiday gift to the community. Our UMW women compliment this spectacular event with complimentary homemade cookies, coffee and cider!

  • S.T.I.R. - Sharing Talents, Interests and Resources - a group of women gather once a month to work on scrapbooking, quilting, sewing or any other project they may be working on at the time.

  • Chili/Soup Challenge and All Church Birthday Party - annually, the Men's Group hosts this popular event where members bring their favorite chili or soup to share and compete for votes to raise funds for special projects. The All Church Birthday party follows with more fun and fellowship.

  • Potlucks and Special Events/Celebrations, Picnics and Outdoor Worship Services - on the church lawn 2-3 times a year, followed by a hearty breakfast or a grilled lunch!
