Being The Church During a Pandemic

You have stopped by in what is a challenging time for all of us!  We’re like every church right now—alongside all schools, businesses, government offices, and our families, too.  We all have to figure out how to do what we do amid ever-changing health guidance, case numbers, government directives, and community response.  We are praying for our neighbors and for all who seek to manage this huge task with grace and compassion.

For now, all of our in-person programs have been on hold.  We are watching infection and hospitalization rates in Polk County to guide the timing for reopening the building for gatherings of various sizes with appropriate protections.

In the meantime, though, we’re still OPEN!  We offer a worship livestream on Sunday mornings and our ministry continues with small group gatherings in our gazebo (just west of the building), online, and in small groups indoors.  Want to know more?

We have a new pastor, effective July 1, 2020, and she would love to connect with you.  Be in touch, and check back for updates, as we continue to grow in ministry through this unprecedented season.
